With BRUNCH, Léonce Blanc introduces a new generation of premium spreads, designed to meet the growing appetite for savoury breakfasts and the rise of at-home brunch.

Three recipes to discover

Poivron (Pepper) – A recipe rich in flavour, with notes of confit vegetables and a characteristic hint of bitterness.
It brings colour and indulgence to your plates:

  • On toasted bread, focaccia or an English muffin
  • With eggs, feta and fresh herbs
  • In a wrap or bagel
  • As a base for an open sandwich with cream cheese

Serving ideas: feta, fresh goat’s cheese, rocket, olives, scrambled eggs…

Tomate (Tomato) – A melting texture and a rounded profile, evoking perfectly ripe, gently confit tomato.
Easy to spread and perfect for:

  • Adding character to an avocado toast
  • Elevating scrambled or fried eggs
  • Filling a sandwich or bagel
  • Bringing a touch of garden freshness to a crispy tartine

Serving ideas: mozzarella, basil, poached egg, cured ham, seeded bread…

Butternut – A subtle interpretation of butternut squash, with soft, comforting vegetal notes.
Its velvety texture and natural sweetness add roundness and originality:

  • On wholemeal or multigrain toast
  • As a base for avocado toast, under thin slices of avocado
  • With soft-boiled or poached eggs
  • To enrich a morning bowl (cereals, seeds, etc.)

Serving ideas: seeds (pumpkin, sunflower), salmon, eggs, cream cheese, baby spinach, cured meats…

Avocado toast poivron

- Griller une tranche de pain de mie.

- Tartiner une fine couche de fromage à tartiner sur le pain encore tiède.

- Ajouter quelques cuillères de Brunch Poivron par-dessus.

- Déposer quelques tranches d’avocat sur le toast.

- Saupoudrer quelques graines de sésame toastés.

Croissant garni
tomate jambon fromage

- Couper un croissant en deux dans la longueur.

- Tartiner généreusement la base avec le Brunch Tomate.

- Disposer des tranches de fromage (emmental, comté, cheddar…).

- Puis disposer une tranche de jambon par-dessus et refermer le croissant.

Mini club sandwich tomate

- Faire griller 3 tranches de pain de mie.

- Tartiner une couche généreuse de Brunch Tomate sur chaque tranche de pain de mie grillé.

- Ajouter au choix : salade, tomates, fromage, jambon ou poulet sur la première tranche.

- Recouvrir avec la deuxième tranche tartinée, et ajouter à nouveau la garniture de votre choix.

- Fermer avec la troisième tranche, presser légèrement puis couper en triangles façon club sandwich.

Pancake saumon butternut

- Tartiner des pancakes encore tièdes avec une couche généreuse de Brunch Butternut.

- Disposer des tranches de saumon fumé par-dessus.

- Poivrer légèrement et déguster aussitôt.

Tartine méditerranéenne

- Tartiner généreusement une tranche de pain de campagne avec du Brunch Tomate.

- Disposer de fines lamelles de concombre par-dessus.

- Parsemer d’aneth frais.

Muffin poivron œuf bacon

- Découper un muffin en deux.

- Tartiner chaque moitié avec une couche généreuse de Brunch Poivron.

- Déposer par-dessus des tranches de bacon préalablement grillées.

- Ajouter un œuf au plat encore chaud.

Filled croissant
Tomato, ham & cheese

- Slice a croissant in half lengthways.

- Generously spread the base with Tomato Brunch.

- Arrange slices of cheese (Emmental, Comté, Cheddar, etc.).

- Place a slice of ham on top, then close the croissant.

Pepper avocado toast

- Toast a slice of sandwich bread.

- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the warm toast.

- Add a few spoonfuls of Pepper Brunch on top.

- Arrange a few slices of avocado over the toast.

- Sprinkle with some toasted sesame seeds.

Mini tomato club sandwich

- Toast 3 slices of sandwich bread.

- Generously spread each slice of toasted bread with Tomato Brunch.

- Add your choice of filling to the first slice: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, ham or chicken.

- Cover with the second spread slice, add more filling if desired.

- Top with the third slice, press down gently, then cut into triangles like a club sandwich.

Butternut & salmon pancake

- Spread warm pancakes with a generous layer of Butternut Brunch.

- Arrange slices of smoked salmon on top.

- Add a little freshly ground black pepper and enjoy immediately.

Mediterranean tartine

- Generously spread a slice of rustic country bread with Tomato Brunch.

- Arrange thin slices of cucumber on top.

- Sprinkle with fresh dill.

Pepper muffin with egg & bacon

- Slice an English muffin in half.

- Spread each half with a generous layer of Pepper Brunch.

- Top with slices of grilled bacon.

- Add a freshly cooked fried egg on top.
